  Requested a Mcgriddle without sausage. Got a burnt Mcmuffin with no cheese AND sausage. Not to mention the amount of confusion when asked to make a Mcgriddle without sausage, clearly after being told 3 times AND typing it on the receipt it was still too confusing.
